OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The FAN: ALL ACCESS SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/23/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on 5/17/09 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) and is made up of four (4) weekly random drawings (each a “Weekly Drawing”) each with their own specific entry period and one (1) Grand Prize drawing to be held at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. See the schedule detailed below for specific entry periods.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Fan Awards Network LLC, 23 College Avenue, Haverford, PA 19041 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY: SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES RESIDING IN THE CITY OF BUFFALO, NEW YORK OR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SURROUNDING NEW YORK STATE COUNTIES: ERIE, ALLEGHENY, CATTARAUGUS, NIAGARA, GENESEE, WYOMING, ORLEANS AND CHAUTAUQUA (THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”) WHO ARE THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY. Employees and their families of the Sponsor, Wilson Farms, West Coast Marketing, a division of the Susquehanna Hat Company, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) and those living in the household of same are not eligible to enter or win. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules. The laws of the United States apply to and govern this Sweepstakes and any claims must be raised and resolved in the United States. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. A prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent or legal guardian.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET on 4/23/09, you may enter via the Internet by following the directions for Sweepstakes entry at www.buffalofanawards.com/Sweepstakes [“Entry Web Site”] and providing your first and last name, street address, city, county, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, birth date, gender and e-mail address. Once you have submitted the required information you will be entered into the Sweepstakes (“Online Entry”). ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE DETAILED BELOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SPECIFIC DRAWINGS.

ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, MAILING ADDRESS OR E-MAIL ADDRESS PER DAY WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

ENTRIES THAT ARE NOT SELECTED IN A SPECIFIC WEEKLY DRAWING SHALL NOT REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING.

The Entry Web Site's clock will be the official timekeeper for Online Entry in this Sweepstakes.

The Promotion Parties, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively the “Releasees”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Entry Web Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site; printing or other errors; any mail which is late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at the Entry Web Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, and entries in excess of the limit stated above will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that they have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and with the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy, which can be found at the Entry Site.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a series of random drawings from among all eligible entries according to the schedule detailed below. All drawings will be conducted by West Coast Marketing, whose decisions are and shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within three (3) days of the applicable drawing date and may be required to complete and return a verification of eligibility within two (2) days of date on notification. Failure to respond to this notification, return all required information within this time period, or to comply with any other provision herein, may result in the applicable winner being disqualified and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion be selected. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the prize may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be awarded to an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing from among entries eligible for the specific drawing. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution for a prize (or parts thereof) by the winner will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of a prize for any reason, a comparable prize will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Only one (1) prize will be awarded to any one (1) person, household address or email address.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor and its designee(s) to use the winner’s name, likeness, biography, statements, and any other similar materials for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation or any limitation.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If a prize winner is a minor in their legal jurisdiction of residency (“Minor”), the prize will be awarded in the name of the Minor’s parent or legal guardian. If the Minor is going to participate in the prize, they will need to be accompanied by their winning named parent or legal guardian. A Minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the prize without being accompanied by their winning named parent or legal guardian.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $3,700. The odds of winning a prize in a specific drawing in the Sweepstakes are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the specific drawing in the Sweepstakes.

Specific items awarded as each prize is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Releasees make no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the prizes or items received after redemption of the prizes, including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Releasees are not responsible for changes in schedule of the prize events.

GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Releasees and any other companies participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities"), shall not be liable for personal injuries, death, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or inability to use a prize or parts thereof including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Winners release the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to the prize (including any property loss, damage, personal injury or death). Winners acknowledge that the aforementioned individuals and entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to a prize.

Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sweepstakes Entities’ sole control.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled before the scheduled conclusion of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Web Site.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Where a dispute arises about who submitted an Online Entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE: Online entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Web Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device, computer program or software to automate the entry process is prohibited.
